Who is Norman Borlaug? He is a man who is responsible for preventing a famine in Mexico, for one thing, and his work went on to contributing to saving millions of lives.

Born in 1914, Norman Ernest Borlaug is an American agricultural scientist, humanitarian, Nobel laureat, and has been called the father of the Green Revolution.     We need more scientists like him. He sounds like a great guy. He won a Congressional Gold Medal, I wonder if that’s higher than a Congressional Medal of Honor. He even started his own award, too bad he can’t award it to himself, sounds like he deserves it.
