		<description>The article you linked to answers a question I'd had about the bees and "colony collapse disorder" (CCD).  I'd wondered if it was just a U.S. phenomenon.  But, apparently, it's not.  Here's what the &lt;a href="http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/05/070518144833.htm" rel="nofollow"&gt;article&lt;/a&gt; says:



&lt;blockquote&gt;"The ongoing CCD problem escalated in November 2006 and seems to have spread to 27 states and Brazil, Canada and many parts of Europe."&lt;/blockquote&gt;



Poor bees. At least spearmint and lemongrass seem like a gentle solution.  Hope it does some good.</description>
